At Valley Charm, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Poster Decorative Painting, please review the return and refund conditions below.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

3. Change of Mind

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us.
